Information collected
ClearDesk may receive your name, email address, business name, preferred start date, requested service and the information you include in your message. The website does not request passwords, banking credentials or identity documents.
Why the information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the requested work fits the ClearDesk service scope, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposed trial or service agreement.
Contact form delivery
When hosted on Netlify, the form may be processed through Netlify Forms. On unsupported static hosts, the website opens your email application with the form information so you can send it directly. Do not submit confidential client records through the public form.
Storage and sharing
Enquiry information is retained only as needed for communication, service administration and legitimate business records. It is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used for email, hosting or document management where necessary to operate ClearDesk.
Your choices
You may ask ClearDesk to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements. Send requests to wakhungila.cleardesk@gmail.com.
Security reminder
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, banking details or sensitive customer records through the contact form. Access to operational systems is arranged separately after a service scope has been agreed.
