Who is responsible
ClearDesk, based in Nairobi, Kenya, controls information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@clear-desk.xyz.
Information collected
ClearDesk may receive your name, email address, business name, business website, selected workflow, approximate work volume, current tools, preferred start date, requested service and the information you include in your message. The website does not request passwords, banking credentials or identity documents.
Why the information is used
The information is used with your consent to respond to your enquiry, assess service fit, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposed pilot or service agreement.
Contact form delivery
The website is hosted through Truehost and cPanel. Enquiries are sent through the Resend email-delivery service to the ClearDesk inbox and may also be stored in the private ClearDesk admin dashboard for follow-up. Do not submit confidential client records through the public form.
Privacy-respecting measurement
The website records a small set of operational events—such as page views, pricing views, workflow-request clicks, resource downloads and successfully delivered forms—to understand the enquiry funnel. The analytics record may include page path, referrer, device type, browser, approximate location from hosting headers where available, and a hashed version of the IP address. It does not set advertising cookies or sell visitor data. Raw IP storage is disabled by default and should only be enabled for a clear security or fraud-prevention reason.
Storage, sharing and transfers
Enquiry information is retained only as needed for communication, service administration and legitimate business records. It is not sold. Hosting and email providers may process information where necessary to operate the service, including outside Kenya subject to the provider's safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, object to processing, or ask ClearDesk to correct or delete information, subject to applicable legal and operational record-keeping requirements. You may also raise a concern with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
