Scope of service
ClearDesk provides remote administrative support such as email organisation, calendar coordination, customer enquiry tracking, document preparation, record maintenance and routine follow-up. The exact tasks, hours, channels and response expectations are agreed in writing.
Client authority and approvals
The client remains responsible for business decisions, pricing, contractual commitments and the accuracy of information supplied. ClearDesk acts only within documented permissions and escalation rules.
Excluded professional services
ClearDesk does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical or regulated financial advice. Record organisation and invoice tracking are administrative functions and are not professional accounting services.
Payments
Paid trials are payable before work begins. New monthly arrangements are normally paid in advance. Additional work is discussed and approved before it is performed. Fees for third-party software or services are separate unless explicitly included.
Access and confidentiality
Clients should provide delegated or limited access wherever possible. ClearDesk will use information only for the agreed service and will not intentionally disclose confidential client information except where required to deliver the work, comply with law or protect legitimate rights.
No guaranteed business outcome
ClearDesk undertakes to perform agreed administrative work with reasonable care. It does not guarantee sales, customer conversions, payment collection or any specific commercial result.
Termination and handover
Termination periods and handover requirements are recorded in the engagement agreement. On closure, ClearDesk returns or transfers agreed records and access is revoked by the client.
